Thanks kiki! Glad to hear everything worked out for you.

Close call with the laundry facility! I know that Vermont Teddy Bears do well in the washing machine (putting them in something like a pillowcase would help protect their eyes), but they don’t like dryers.

I am so happy that this story had a wonderful ending!

Something similar happened to me a few months ago. My husband and I were on vacation in San Francisco and staying in a lovely hotel - when my treasured teddy bed of many years was taken away with the bed linens by the housekeeping staff! After many frantic tears and phone calls to the hotel staff - my dear bear was found in the hotel’s laundry facility and returned to me within minutes!

Oh My Gosh. That bear looks so much like my dad’s “OOKIE Teddy,” his teddy bear he had when he was little.

My grandma died recently, and we went through her “cedar chest” where she kept all of her treasures. In it was OOKIE Teddy, who had been missing for some time!

Hey this is the brat , aka “harleybrat”…I was a member for 3 yrs on Bikerworlds.God I miss that place but i have found a new home, bikerhood.com and have found and brought alot of bikerworlds members.It is small but growin .
