Dream Big in ‘09

10, 9, 8, 7, 6…the New Year is almost here. What are you going to do with it? Got any resolutions? Got any hopes or wishes? It’d be great to have the economy bounce back. It’d be fantastic to find a cure for cancer. And it’d be wonderful to see all of our troops come home, wouldn’t it? What if we were all super optimistic and imagined all three taking place in 2009? That’s what’s so great about the start of a New Year. You can’t help but feel like anything’s possible.
Speaking of our troops coming home, we’ve got a fun story for you to start the New Year out in a “warm and fuzzy” kinda way. The Custom-Made Vermont Teddy Bear you see below was made as a “Welcome Home” gift for a woman returning from active service in the military. Wearing camouflage fatigues and black combat boots, the three-foot-tall Bear was placed in her office chair to welcome her back and reportedly brought her to tears.
